Bed too small for two people!!! Room temperature control for the shower inconsistent!!! Lobby coffee/tea facilities lacking!!! Room window simply did not block out enough light!!! Security box needs improvement!!!

Spent every morning there, sippin’ coffee and takin’ in the sunshine. I felt like royalty! Wish I could’ve stuck around longer. Just a lovely vibe!

The Standard Double Suite offered a comfortable stay with effective amenities for a family. The spacious layout provided enough room for everyone without feeling cramped.

The door knob in the bathroom fell off a couple of times, a minor hassle but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. There's also a need for a remote control for the garage, as relying on staff to access the enclosed parking space felt a bit inconvenient.

lovely gardens

This place was a well-suited match for a holiday in Guadalajara with definitely value for money. Spent mornings sipping coffee while taking in the sunshine in the lovely gardens. Consider bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise at night.

The ambiance shines with beautiful gardens and a cozy patio, perfect for relaxing mornings. Staff attentively helped with late check-ins, making our stay smoother. Breakfast options were delightful, featuring delicious marmalade but felt a bit limited on variety. Unfortunately, noise at night was a concern, detracting from the peace needed for a restful stay. also, accessing the parking was slightly inconvenient. Overall, a charming retreat with great service, balancing the charm with a few operational hitches.
